Description
The Torsado stuffer is ideal for manufacturing portioned and twisted sausages. It is very precise (+/ 5 gr) and features a pressure manometer. It is constructed of stainless steel and has a closed hydraulic circuit. The portioner is very precise and can be adjusted from 0 to 10,000 g. The following can be programmed: portion weight, number of twists, number of portions, dosage & calibration and time between each portion. Complies with CE Standard. Natural casing can be used on this machine. Includes three nozzles: 14, 20 and 30.
