Ships Today Or It's Free Promotion
We are so confident we will ship your product fast that we'll give you your order completely free if we cannot ship your order by the beginning of the next business day (9:00am EST). Please note shipping costs for orders under $99 will not be refunded. A product is considered shipped once a tracking number has been applied to the order.
Thousands of products apply for our Ships Today or It's Free promotion, but some exclusions apply:
- Order must be paid for in full.
- Order must be placed on a business day before 2:00pm EST to guarantee shipping before the start of the next business day.
- Product must be "In Stock and Ships Today". A product that is "In Stock and Ready to Ship" does not apply for this promotion.
- Out of stock, pre-order, special order or backordered products do not apply.
- Commercial items not intended for home use are excluded from this promotion.
- Exceptionally large or heavy items may be excluded from this promotion at our discretion if we cannot schedule same-day shipping.
- If you order multiple items, if any item ships from your order the promotion is considered fulfilled, but we of course will attempt to fulfill your entire order. In some situations the order may be split into multiple shipments.
- Both Canadian and US Holidays are excluded from this promotion. Merchandise will be shipped the following business day.
- Should events occur that are outside of the control of ChefSupplies.ca such as a natural disaster, computer or network failure, software failure, power outage, inclement weather, work stoppage or supplier strike (for example, Canada Post or FedEx goes on strike) this promotion shall not apply.
- We reserve the right to not honour this promotion at our sole discretion.
In the event that we are not able to meet our commitment to ship your order out by the beginning of the next business day (9:00am EST), simply email us at help@chefsupplies.ca before the order is shipped and notify us that we were not able to ship your order within the timelines of the promotion and we will refund your order entirely! It's that simple!

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars.
Payments
Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express ("Amex"), PayPal, or ChefSupplies.ca gift cards. EFT, Wire, or Cheque payments available upon request for orders over $1,000.
Collecting Information About You

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Policy Changes

Price Matching Policy
- The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity and model number. It must be in stock at the time of Price Match.
- The price for an item/offer must be listed and valid at the time of match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item.
- No rainchecks will be issued for items out of stock. We do not price match competitors if they are out of stock.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities of price matches per identical item per guest for local and/or online competitor matches.
- We reserve the right to deny any price match.
- Price match requests must be made at the time the order is placed prior to purchase. Orders will not be retroactively price adjusted after the order has been placed.
Exclusions:
- Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or unspecific offers, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
- Pricing or typographical errors, limited time or quantity offers, daily deals, coupon offers, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers.
- “Marketplace” prices and prices from third party sellers will not be honored.
