Its durable, quadruple layer, non-stick Duraslide® Granite coating is 100% more resistant to abrasion and stops any food from sticking to the base. The center of the 20 cm pan is made from a large piece of forged aluminum, which is an excellent conductor of heat, distributing it up to the edge and over the entire base of the pan while cooking food evenly. The high-quality 18/0 stainless steel base is optimized for induction cooking but can also be used on other heat sources. Its ergonomic plastic handle makes the frying pan particularly comfortable to hold and stays cool while cooking.
