Woll Titanium Nowo Wok's - The handles that can be detached as desired turn pans in the nowo series into an oven-safe casserole dish. The base material for Woll professional cast products is a high-quality, pre-processed aluminium alloy from German smelting plants. Each piece is chill-cast in a stess-relieved process without any air inclusions that lessen the quality. Aluminium-titanium oxides are then applied to the cut and ground body with a 20,000 ºC-hot plasma jet, using a patented, hi-tech process. This hard surface forms the basis for the time-tested, extremely durable and unique non-stick coasting of Woll professional cast products - their contribution to low-fat, vitamin-friendly and healthful meals.
