The Victorinox Oval Economy Diamond Steel is a complementary companion to any kitchen cutlery set. In order to continually see your blades performing at their best it’s essential to keep them shaped and sharp. The best way to do this is to keep a reliable sharpening steel handy, and what better tool to keep your blades at their highest quality than the Victorinox Diamond Steel! The abrasive diamond edge is very aggressive and lets you thin down your blade’s edge so you can shape a new one. Measuring 10" from tip to handle, and having a hollow core feature, this sharpening steel is lightweight and large enough to accommodate any sized blade. The oval shape offers more surface area allowing more of your edge to contact the steel. Comes equipped with a comfortable black plastic handle and a loose ring on the end for easy handling and hanging.
