Description
The DHH Stainless Steel Hot Holding Thermometer includes a HACCP Zone on the dial. We know that it is very important to keep food hot until serving to prevent harmful bacteria growing. Hot food must be kept at +63°C or above, except for certain exceptions. The red HACCP zone makes it easy to see if hot holding temperatures are at optimum levels.
