This stock pot has a durable 18/10 stainless steel body construction with a 1/4" aluminum-clad bottom design. The aluminum-clad bottom means this stock pot heats up more rapidly and evenly and results in better, more accurate cooking. This stock pot comes with securely riveted hollow stay-cool handles that are more comfortable to hold than competitive models. The matching lid is sold separately.
