NOT So Adjustable
The wire on the cutter I bought was very slack. Adjusting failed.. I now have a very well made cheese slicer with stripped screws and a useless wire. I think I’ll release the roller assembly and at least have a very cute little rolling pin waiting in the drawer to crush a crouton.
