The Browne Thermalloy stock pot can hold up to 20 quarts of product, perfect for simmering soups, gumbo, and chowders. The riveted handles are oversized so users can lift the pot when it is hot with oven mitts. Since the Browne Thermalloy stock pot is constructed of aluminum, the bottom heats proportionately, ensuring your food does not cook unevenly. With the addition of the separately sold 5815020 cover, you can keep contaminants out of your product.
