INTERNAL COATING
The internal coating makes it possible to use less oils and fats for a healthier way of cooking. It is particularly resistant to high temperatures and is therefore suitable for all methods of cooking. Thanks to its high abrasion resistance and porosity absence, it is exceptionally easy to clean.
Handles
The two stainless steel side handles designed with a large, ergonomic shape, ensure a comfortable and safe grip. Can also be used in the oven to complete the cooking of certain dishes.
BODY
Casseroles are available in two sizes. Low-sided with a 24 cm diameter (capacity 4.6 l) and high-sided with a 26 cm diameter (capacity 7.7 l). This coating prevents food from sticking to the bottom of the cookware, minimizes the use of cooking oils and fats and allows for quick and easy cleaning.
OVEN SAFE
It is possible to put all Smeg cookware in the oven up to a temperature of 250°C/480°F.
MULTI COOKTOP SUITABILITY
Made from cold forged aluminum with a steel base so it is compatible with all types of cooktops for maximum versatility - gas, electric, ceramic and induction.
DISHWASHER SAFE
