The Dadaux Icone 700 Iacon Chop Cutter can accommodate product with or without the bone. It has been carefully designed to offer sharp, clean and accurate cuts. Featuring smooth, saw-toothed and micro saw-toothed blades, this device is renowned for its outstanding performance. It is complete with a unique “stepped” continuous thrust which quickly works to deliver precision slices. The knife speed can be adjusted between 98 an 196 cuts per minute. Dadaux machines are made from high-quality stainless steel; they promise durability and reliability. This model has been specifically designed for cutting bacon.
