Tap Salt Mills feature a diamond cut ceramic precision mechanism that will smoothly produce perfect size grains every time. Tap Pepper Mills implement a hardened carbon steel precision mechanism that does not crush peppercorns, but strips them to release the maximum amount of flavour with each turn. Turn the top knob to set your favourite grind; unscrew the same knob to pull the top open for refills.
