This Kool-It Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit is a versatile and efficient piece of equipment designed for sandwich and salad preparation in commercial kitchens. Measuring 48-3/10 inches in width, 33-1/10 inches in depth, and 44-7/10 inches in height, this prep unit offers a spacious and functional solution for your kitchen. The stainless steel top of the unit is designed with an opening that can accommodate up to 18 1/6 size pans, which are included with the unit. The unit is equipped with a cutting board, providing a sanitary and durable surface for slicing and chopping ingredients. This cutting board is removable, making it easy to clean and maintain.
