The Instant Read Thermometer provides quick, accurate measurements (in °F and °C) for cooked meat by simply inserting the probe until the shaded area is covered. The rapid-responding, bi-metallic coil provides a quick temperature readout on the easy-to-read Thermometer face. The probe cover has chef- and USDA-recommended temperatures for convenience. Do not leave in the oven while cooking. Handwash recommended. Do not submerge in water.

Baking A Difference
Through the years, OXOnians have devoted their personal time, energy & money to support the Cookie For Kids' Cancer cause, but the company wanted to play even a larger role in the movement to find a cure for pediatric cancer. In 2011, OXO formalized its partnership with Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, pledging to donate up to $100,000 per year to this very worthy cause.
