This premium Greban knife is made of premium quality stainless steel. This Chinese-style cleaver is designed for chopping through thin and soft bones and it is also suited for chopping vegetables. Cleavers are not used for cutting through thick, hard bones – instead, it is recommended that you use a band saw, or a manual bone handsaw. The knife's broad side can also be used for crushing food (such as garlic).
