Featuring an open front design, tempered glass panels on the front and sides provide maximum visibility of the displayed items, allowing customers to easily view and select their desired seafood. The rear of the case includes an 8-35/64" deep stainless steel work bench, providing a convenient area for food preparation or additional storage space.

To ensure optimal freshness, the display case offers a temperature hold range of 33°F to 40°F. The temperature and defrost functions are regulated by a digital controller, allowing precise adjustments to maintain the desired temperature.
