This Titane cutter is equipped with 2 motors with 2 speeds, a stainless steel bowl with a thickness of 1 to 2 cm, and 6 knives. The Monobloc frame is manufactured in strong, thick stainless steel plates. The frame rigidity and the bowl quality allow the adjustment of the knives to close proximity of the bowl. The clearance between the bowl and the lid is minimal so there is a minimal heating of the product. The lid and the frame don‚Äôt have any angles which are difficult to clean. The controls are in low voltage (24 volts). Complies with CE standard. We offer a wide range of cutters of unequaled quality, with capacity from 20L to 200L.
