Description

The holes in the lid allow the carbon dioxide to escape during cooking, creating a thin, crispy crust so special to French baguettes. The mold can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Recipe book included. There is no lead or cadmium in the products, all of the glazes meet California Prop 65, and all of the products are 100% food safe. Offered in a large variety of colors, the glazes will not craze, discolour or fade over time.
