Use it on top of the stove to braise and sear, then cover with the heat-tempered glass lid to complete the meal in the oven. Cooking has never been this simple! All you need is warm soapy water and a sponge to release stubborn food particles - no more scrubbing or soaking in the sink. Real diamond crystals embedded in the coating provide superior nonstick performance and heat conduction for a lifetime of cooking excellence. Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended.
