The Mignon Specialita is a little grinder that will surprise you with extraordinary performance, large 55 mm burrs and an exact micrometric adjustment system. It is a doserless grinder so you can grind directly into the portafilter.

55mm Burrs with Diamond Inside
The Specialty coffee grinder features state-of-the-art 55mm flat hardened steel burrs utilizing Eureka's innovative "Diamond Inside" technology. This patented process involves subjecting the burrs to thermal cryogenic treatment at an extremely low temperature of -193°C (patent pending). As a result of this treatment, the burrs acquire an enhanced crystal structure, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and prolonged durability. Unlike other burr types, Diamond Inside maintains its optimal sharpened geometry for an extended period, providing unmatched consistency in grind size. This grinder can consistently handle a substantial amount of ground coffee, approximately 1000 kg, with the total lifespan reaching up to an impressive 1300 kg.

The Specialita grinder is equipped with Eureka's renowned mignon-series design hopper, capable of accommodating up to 300 grams of coffee beans in one fill.
