A particularly sleek design, high sides, elegant curves and a flat bottom for easy cleaning, the Emile Henry flan dish is perfect for making delicious quiches, pies and tarts all year round. Made from HR® ceramic, it is highly resistant for everyday use and keeps the contents hot right through the meal. It can be used in the traditional oven and microwave, and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. All Emile Henry products are made in France and guaranteed 10 years.During everyday use, there are many opportunities to bang a dish or a set of plates. Particularly resistant to shocks, this ceramic is even used in restaurants! A dish or stewpot should be able to withstand wide variations in temperature. Our ceramics allow our products to be taken directly from the freezer to the hot oven (+270°C/-20°C). Heat, the dishwasher or sharp instruments will all have an ageing effect on a product. Our glazes are particularly resistant to the dishwasher and the most aggressive of detergents.

Emile Henry products do not chip or crack easily. One can cut directly on the surface without scratching or damaging the product. There is no lead or cadmium in the products, all of the glazes meet California Prop 65, and all of the products are 100% food safe. Offered in a large variety of colors, the glazes will not craze, discolour or fade over time.
