This Axis Rapido Speed Oven is an innovative and versatile appliance designed for high-speed cooking in commercial kitchens. This countertop oven combines convection heat, high-speed impinged air, bottom infrared, and microwave technologies to deliver fast and efficient cooking results. With its ventless design and removable catalytic converter, it offers a convenient solution for kitchens with limited ventilation options.
With a capacity of 0.74 cubic feet, this speed oven provides ample space for cooking a variety of dishes. The variable-speed impingement airflow ensures even heat distribution and consistent cooking performance. The top and bottom heaters are independently controlled, allowing for precise temperature adjustments to suit different cooking requirements.
