With a generous 10.5-gallon capacity, it can handle substantial volumes of pasta to meet the demands of busy food establishments.
Featuring individual controls for gas, water, and a 1" port drain, the Axis Pasta Cooker allows for precise temperature and water level adjustments. This level of control ensures optimal cooking conditions for different types of pasta, resulting in consistently cooked noodles. The deep-drawn inner tank is specifically designed to facilitate efficient cooking and heat distribution.
Equipped with six stainless steel mesh baskets, the Axis Pasta Cooker provides ample space to cook multiple batches of pasta simultaneously. The baskets are designed with ergonomic positioned handles for easy and safe handling. Additionally, the pasta cooker includes a front drain tray and a starch skimming drain, which aids in maintaining cleanliness and managing excess liquid.
The safety features of the Axis Pasta Cooker are noteworthy, as it is equipped with a piezo-electric burner ignition and a safety thermocouple shutoff.
