Description
The Browne Thermalloy frying pan is constructed of aluminum for use in commercial settings and even heat transfer. To ensure hot spots are eliminated, there is a wide base design. Angled for comfort, the handle is attached with offset rivets to ensure strength and stability in the pan’s structure. Reducing the operator’s hand fatigue and risk of burns, the handle’s sleeve is removable and heat resistant. The non-stick coating on the Browne Thermalloy frying pan keeps food and grease from sticking so cleaning after cooking is easy.
