The size x-small UltimateSHIELD Mesh Glove is a medium weight 10-gauge, reinforced steel and knit constructed safety glove with level 5 protection. Perfect for general kitchen prep such as chopping, heavy duty meat boning and safe handling of slicer blades, the Ultimate Shield is a must for every kitchen. Approved by the FDA and USDA.
