Description

EmileHenryCrafted from Emile Henry's innovative refractory ceramic, the Emile Henry Bread Loaf pan assures an evenly baked crust on your bread and a beautiful presentation. Also perfect for granola bars, meatloaf, pot pie and no crust quiche.

If you want to impress your guests or family with a bread that is actually surprisingly easy to shape, look no further, gather your ingredients and go to work. The Emile Henry Crown Bread Baker is the newest addition to the Emile Henry Bread Family. Easy to use, you just place the dough in the cavities, cover with the lid and put the mold in the oven. Our innovative refractory ceramic will enable you to get the perfect proportion of crust and light crumb interior.

The Emile Henry Crown Bread Baker allows you to form and bake a classical crown loaf with ease. Rolls baked together but easily pull apart make a lovely presentation. The cavities make it easy to shape the dough and the innovative refractory ceramic and domed lid create the right level of humidity during baking to get a perfect loaf.

  • Resistance Against Mechanical Shocks: During everyday use, there are many opportunities to bang a dish or a set of plates. Particularly resistant to shocks, our ceramic is even used in restaurants!
  • Resistance Against Temperature Changes: A dish or stewpot should be able to withstand wide variations in temperature. Our ceramics allow our products to be taken directly from the freezer to the hot oven (+250°C/500°F).
  • Resistance Against Fading Colors: Heat, the dishwasher or sharp instruments will all have an aging effect on a product. Our glazes are particularly resistant to the dishwasher and the most aggressive of detergents.

    Fantastic gift

I bought this for a friend of mine who is an avid baker. She could not believe her eyes when she opened her gift. It is a beautiful produced and well made product. I look forward to what she makes with it.
