ASSEMBLY
Install the shaft pin on the output of the main drive of the Assistant dough mixer and place the mixer bowl over it, pointing the bowl handle towards the front panel. Press and rotate the bowl so that it rests on the Assistent kneading machine. Secure the bowl with the transfer gear installed and the whisks on the shaft. Attention! When installing the Intensive Whipping Whisks or the Shortcrust Pastry Kneading Paddles, make sure you hear a "click" when securing in the transfer gear.

CLEANING
Wash the whisks for intensive whipping, the shortcrust pastry kneading paddles, the mixer head and the transfer gear by hand. The mixer bowl and shaft pin are dishwasher safe.
