This brazier has durable 18/10 stainless steel body construction with a 1/4" aluminum-clad bottom design. The aluminum-clad bottom means this brazier heats up more rapidly and evenly and results in better, more accurate cooking. This induction-ready brazier comes with securely-riveted hollow stay-cool handles that are more comfortable to hold. The matching lid is sold separately.
