Part of the Multi-Chef™ System, the Ceramic Food Pan is a non-stick chafer pan for serving hot or cold foods. Ceramic material holds heat longer than traditional metal food pans. PLEASE NOTE*DO NOT USE on direct heat or with sternos/fuel burners as it will damage the product.
