Description
Robust design, made of tin-plated cast iron with stainless steel blade and ø 0.45 cm / 1/4" cutting discs. Easy to use, strong and can be clamped to the table or worktop. Extra high table (6 cm / 2 ¼") with screw clamp. The traditional machine for making minced meat and steak tartar is more versatile than you may think. You can also use it to make fancy biscuits at Christmas but it will also turn out exquisite cookies and other aromatic delights from the oven at other seasons of the year. The “nouvelle cuisine” in particular with exciting vegetable dishes makes your mincer more creative. (some interesting suggestions for cookies and vegetable dishes are enclosed in the pack.) You will soon notice just how important the quality of a mincer is when you use it. Firmly located, safely held and strongly made for easy and effective mincing.
