Description

Created with a clever design and using natural materials ideal for conservation, the Emile Henry Garlic Pot helps keep garlic and shallots fresh and out of sight in its glazed ceramic base. Inside, the lack of light delays germination, and the 3 small holes provide the right amount of ventilation to create ideal storage conditions, moisture free. The cork lid—shaped on the top like a small cup—makes it possible to keep handy the remaining loose cloves. It is also designed to stack securely another pot on the top in order to optimise space on the countertop. Practical, simply use a moist cloth to clean it.

Glazed inside and out, the ceramic base is easy to care for: it is dishwasher compatible and doesn’t retain odours. With its generous capacity, you’ll be able to to store in this stylish storage pot anything from garlic to shallots, small onions or fresh ginger.

Key Features:

  • Resistance Against Mechanical Shocks: During everyday use, there are many opportunities to bang a dish or a set of plates. Particularly resistant to shocks, our ceramic is even used in restaurants!
  • Resistance Against Temperature Changes: A dish or stewpot should be able to withstand wide variations in temperature. Our ceramics allow our products to be taken directly from the freezer to the hot oven (+250°C/500°F).
  • Resistance Against Fading Colors: Heat, the dishwasher or sharp instruments will all have an aging effect on a product. Our glazes are particularly resistant to the dishwasher and the most aggressive of detergents.
  • 10 year warranty
  • Made in France
