The TWINSHARP sharpener from ZWILLING is a sharpener that can give your knives a sharp edge in a simple and safe way. Over time, even the best knife will lose its edge and must be redrawn. The blade of the knife should simply be slid along the sharpener so that the knife is deburred and honed. Thanks to the synthetic material used, the sharpener is easy to clean.
