Take one piece of cookware from stove top to oven to table with this attractive 11 x 11 inch dish. With a 5.3 quart capacity, this casserole dish is ideal for one dish meals. Brown the meat on the stove-top then add veggies and stick it straight in the oven (up to 500 F). This casserole dish includes a tempered glass lid that has a regulating vent to help with steam control. Designed to work on Induction cooktops, this pan will work on gas, and electric ranges as well.
