The All-Clad Stainless Outdoor Chicken Roaster has a center cone to hold a chicken upright so fats drain away and skin browns beautifully. Fill the cone directly with liquids and herbs to keep meat moist and infuse flavour. Grill vegetables and sides at the same time on the surrounding rack with large perforations to add delicious smoky flavour. Oversized handles allow for a firm, comfortable grip, even with oven mitts, for safe transport to and from the grill.
