Each Cilio mortar & pestle is cut out of one single piece of granite, making it well balanced and extra stable. No ingredients will escape thanks to its tall walls, and the rough interior quickly reduces hard peppercorns to dust. The heavy yet comfortable pestle crushes, grinds and mixes herbs or spices with ease. Granite is a natural resource and thus it can be different colors from time to time.
