The 14.8 quart large stock pot holds enough gumbo for a party. The tall sides reduce evaporation and intensify flavours, while the self-basting lid seals in steam. This stock pot which is also suitable for induction cooktops, is an ideal helper on those days when you want to cook more than the usual amount. The tight-fitting lid with the innovative Condensate-Plus function lets condensation drip from the center of the lid onto the food.
