Description
Three layers of metal are seamlessly bonded together - bottom layer of stainless steel, a mid layer of aluminum and top layer of stainless steel alloy with superior thermal conductivity. This saute pan has a 6 mm aluminum sandwich base for fast even heating. The hollow tubular handles resist heat transfer and are secured to pan with rivets. Matching lid is sold separately (item #5724128).
