The search for healthier cooking began when we wanted a pan that provides a soulful cooking experience & looks good while doing it. We were obsessed with the intentional design, quality & craftsmanship of antique cookware so we decided to stop at nothing to build functional, durable cookware on American soil. Finex stands up to an open flame while elevating the meal.

Our pans are crafted by hand the hard way, and we sweat the details because every FINEX pan is guaranteed Good Forever. Paying close attention to every detail, we allow for subtle variations that make each of our pieces unique. Each piece has its own personality.
Modern Design
The polished, easy-to-release, near-nonstick cooking surface is simply cast iron & organic flaxseed oil. The patented octagonal shape makes it easier to release cornbread & each spout is another opportunity to pour stews without dripping on the table.
