Our cast iron lid is designed to fit perfectly over our six pour spouts to lock in flavours. Integrated self-basting rings enhance flavours—especially when slow simmering sauces or oven braising. We were obsessed with the intentional design, quality & craftsmanship of antique cookware so we decided to stop at nothing to build functional, durable cookware on American soil. Our pans are crafted by hand the hard way, and we sweat the details because every FINEX pan is guaranteed Good Forever. Paying close attention to every detail, we allow for subtle variations that make each of our pieces unique. Each piece has its own personality.
Modern Design
The polished, easy-to-release, near-nonstick cooking surface is simply cast iron & organic flaxseed oil. The patented octagonal shape makes it easier to release cornbread & each spout is another opportunity to pour stews without dripping on the table. Thicker castings optimize searing to seal in flavours. Ergonomic spring handles temper heat for an easier grip while cooking.
