Over four pounds of heavy-gauge, pre-seasoned cast iron topped with our stainless steel spring handle. This grill press has famed ¼” tall grill ribs. Our thick cast iron retains and distributes heat better, delivering stronger searing and more even cooking on any heat source. The FINEX Grill Press delivers serious weight and premium cooking performance, no matter the heat source. Ideal for panini sandwiches, crispy vegetables or any food that requires a drier heat, the Grill Press leaves serious grill marks on anything it cooks.
Wound from 300 series stainless steel rod stock and hand polished to high luster, our handles stay cool longer, cool off quicker and feel better in the hand. 1/4" tall ribs deliver serious sear lines while creating space for excess moisture to escape - ensuring that you're grilling, not steaming, your food. This grill press is also ready to cook right out of the box, this cast iron piece comes pre-seasoned with 100% organic flaxseed oil, giving it a non-stick, rust-resistant bronze finish that will patina, darken and continue to improve as you cook. Mitered Corners fit perfectly into our cookware's angled sides while mirroring our iconic octagonal design.

We were obsessed with the intentional design, quality & craftsmanship of antique cookware so we decided to stop at nothing to build functional, durable cookware on American soil. Our pans are crafted by hand the hard way, and we sweat the details because every FINEX pan is guaranteed Good Forever. Paying close attention to every detail, we allow for subtle variations that make each of our pieces unique. Each piece has its own personality.
Modern Design
The polished, easy-to-release, near-nonstick cooking surface is simply cast iron & organic flaxseed oil. The patented octagonal shape makes it easier to release cornbread & each spout is another opportunity to pour stews without dripping on the table. Thicker castings optimize searing to seal in flavours. Ergonomic spring handles temper heat for an easier grip while cooking.
